Riveting Realms Camera Plugin License Agreement (Standard License)

  • Product: Riveting Realms Camera Plugin (Standard License)
  • Licensor: Riveting Realms Entertainment, LLC (“We,” “Us,” or “Licensor”)
  • Licensee: You (“You” or “Licensee”)

1. License Grant

We grant You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Plugin in creative works made by You, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Permitted Uses

You may:

  • Use the Plugin in any number of internal, non-commercial, or commercial projects.
  • Share the Plugin within your team or organization for use in the same project, provided you are an active contributor to that project.
  • Package and distribute projects that include the Plugin in compiled (cooked) form only.
  • Install the Plugin on any number of machines controlled by You or your team for the purposes of working on your project.
  • Continue using the Plugin subject to these terms, even if we later discontinue the Plugin.

❗ You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute the Plugin itself, either in source or compiled form, outside of your projects.

3. Intended Use & Good Faith

This license is intended for developers actively using the Plugin in their own projects.

By accepting it, You agree:

  • You are the purchaser or part of the purchasing team actively developing with the Plugin.
  • You are not purchasing solely to provide it to other parties who are not collaborators.
  • You will not offer the Plugin as part of a service, asset pack, or resale product.

If you are building internal tools, pipelines, or multiple projects across teams, a Studio Source License may be more appropriate. Please reach out to support@rivetingrealms.com if interested.

4. Unreal Engine Dependency (if applicable)

This Plugin is built for use with Unreal Engine. You certify that:

  • You are a licensed user of Unreal Engine, and
  • You have accepted and are in compliance with the Unreal Engine EULA.

5. Ownership

We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Plugin. This license does not grant You ownership of the Plugin or any related intellectual property.

6. No Support Obligation

While we fully intend to continue supporting and improving the plugin, this license does not include any guaranteed support, updates, or bug fixes. Support may be provided at our discretion.

7. Termination

This license will terminate if You breach any of its terms. Upon termination, You must delete all copies of the Plugin in your possession and cease all use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Plugin, including lost profits, data loss, or indirect damages.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the US State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the full understanding between You and Us regarding the Plugin and supersedes all prior communications or agreements.
